Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 August 2026
This policy explains how LARECO handles the personal information you share with us — chiefly when you send an enquiry through one of our forms or write to us by email. We ask for as little as we need, use it only to help you, and never sell it.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Tony Langheinrich, trading as LARECO — Buyer Advisory & Acquisition (sole trader / autónomo), Avenida Alfonso X El Sabio 46, 03004 Alicante, Spain. NIF: Y6053010E. For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights described below, write to hello@larecorealestate.com or telephone +34 695 013 310.
What we collect, and why
We collect only what our forms ask for and whatever you choose to add. The website has three enquiry forms — contact, consultation and advisory — and between them they collect:
- Your name and email address — required, so that we can reply.
- Telephone / WhatsApp number — optional.
- The area you are interested in — optional free text.
- Enquiry details — on the consultation form, your budget range, property intention and purchase timeline; on the advisory form, the stage you have reached, what you would like reviewed and the property type.
- Your message — optional free text, and anything else you choose to include in it.
A hidden anti-spam field and a submission time-check help keep the forms free of automated abuse. We do not ask for, and do not want, special categories of personal data.
Why we use it
- To read, understand and answer your enquiry.
- To arrange a consultation or respond to a request for advice where you have asked for one.
- To discuss your requirements and, where relevant, a possible property purchase.
- To send you information you have asked us for.
- To manage our correspondence with prospective and existing clients.
We do not use your enquiry details for unrelated marketing.
Legal basis
Where you contact us about a possible engagement, we process your details in order to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and thereafter to perform that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Our anti-spam measures and the ordinary management of our correspondence rest on our legitimate interest in protecting and running the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where the law requires us to keep certain records, we do so to comply with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) is used only where it is genuinely required — at present, for optional website analytics, which you can accept or decline independently. Sending us an enquiry never counts as consent to analytics, and you can contact us without accepting anything optional.
Hosting and form processing
This website is hosted using services provided by Netlify. Where you submit information through a website form, Netlify may process that information on our behalf as part of the technical infrastructure used to receive and manage form submissions. LARECO remains the controller of the enquiries you send us; Netlify acts as our processor for that purpose.
Google Fonts
The typefaces used on this site are served from Google’s servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), which means your IP address is transmitted to Google in order to deliver them. No cookie is set by us for that request.
Cookies and browser storage
We use cookies and similar browser-storage technologies sparingly. At present, this site stores one item in your browser’s local storage: a record of the privacy choice you make in the consent notice, so that we do not ask you again. It contains only your choice and the date it was made — no name, contact detail or identifier.
You can change or withdraw that choice at any time through Cookie Settings, or by clearing your browser storage for this site. Declining optional technologies does not restrict your use of the website.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to measure how the website is used — visits and page views, which pages people arrive on, and which channels bring visitors to us (search, referral, social, campaign links and direct traffic) — and to measure whether an enquiry form was completed successfully. Google Analytics is activated only where you have accepted analytics in the consent notice; without that consent it is not loaded at all. You can withdraw your consent at any time through Cookie Settings.
Google Analytics sets its own cookies and may process personal data, including your IP address and online identifiers. Where a successful enquiry is recorded, only the name of the form is sent — never your name, email address, telephone number, message or any other detail you have entered. You can withdraw your consent at any time through Cookie Settings.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes described above — to deal with your request and any follow-up — and thereafter where we need it to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. When it is no longer needed for any of those purposes, it is deleted.
International transfers
Some of our service providers are established outside the European Economic Area, or may process data outside it. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, where these are needed. Further information is available on request.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data we hold, including encrypted transmission of form submissions and access limited to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions and exceptions in applicable data-protection law, you have the right to request access to your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and — where processing is based on consent or a contract and carried out by automated means — to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out beforehand. To exercise any of these, contact hello@larecorealestate.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), www.aepd.es.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements evolve. The date above always reflects the current version.
